Welcome to Signs Up (“Signs Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using signsup.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to show and describe our signs accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes listed are approximate. Many of our signs are novelty items intended for decorative and entertainment purposes.

2. State Equine Warning Signs

Our State Equine Warning Signs are designed to reflect the warning language used in each state’s equine activity liability law. Laws can change and requirements vary. Signs Up does not provide legal advice, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a sign meets the current legal requirements for their state and situation, including where and how it must be posted.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product and refund your payment in full.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card information.

5. Shipping, Returns & Sales Tax

Shipping rates, processing times, our damaged/defective item policy, and sales tax information are described on our Retail Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are approved at our discretion. Wholesale pricing, catalogs, and order forms are for approved wholesale customers only and may not be shared publicly. Wholesale orders are subject to the minimum order and freight terms on our Wholesale Shipping & Terms page. We may change or close any wholesale account at any time.

7. Custom Orders

For custom signs, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any text, logos, or images you provide. Custom orders are final once approved and printed, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All sign designs, artwork, photos, logos, and text on this website are owned by Signs Up and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Signs Up is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Please check back periodically.
